L’anno 2017 segna dunque il giubileo della giustizia amministrativa della Chiesa cattolica, ma chi la conosce ?
Con la sua opera che non ha equivalenti fino ad oggi, e con il sito internet che l’accompagna, l’autore mira a cinque obiettivi:
far conoscere ai fedeli i loro diritti e doveri di fronte alla gerarchia della Chiesa, così come i mezzi per difenderli;
evocare i progressi raggiunti dalla giustizia della Chiesa cattolica in cinquant’anni di pratica;
illustrare la sua realizzazione con un centinaio di esempi di conflitti e di giurisprudenza;
dare un contributo scientifico al mondo dei canonisti, basato su un database inedito di mille casi di giurisprudenza amministrativa;
contribuire alla comunione ecclesiale celebrando il giubileo della giustizia amministrativa della Chiesa, e proponendo modi di miglioramento.
By this work authorized by the ecclesiastical authority, and by the site www.canonistes.org which accompanies it, the author aims at six objectives:
to promote canon law and justice in the Church;
to remind the hierarchy of the Church and the Catholic faithful of their respective rights and obligations, as well as the means of defending them;
to present the progress made by the justice of the Catholic Church in fifty years of practice;
to illustrate its practical implementation through a hundred examples of conflicts, friendly resolutions and case law;
to make a scientific contribution for the world of the canonists, from an unpublished database on administrative jurisprudence;
to contribute to social justice by promoting the administrative justice of the Church, by helping people in difficulty and by proposing ways of improvement.
