With ‘Reclaiming Narratives’ the theme for Black History Month 2024, The Open University's Ola Fadoju watched the players of African heritage showcase their talents in a Premier League fixture. And as he did, he pondered if they would be given the same opportunities as their white counterparts if they decided to pursue football coaching or management in the future... and this animation is the result.
