This form is for Rakuten Advertising ONLY, not any other Rakuten Group businesses.

If you are looking for Rakuten Rewards (the operator of https://www.rakuten.com/) or another Rakuten business, you will need to visit that business’s website. This form will not be shared with that business. For instructions on how to exercise a privacy request with any other Rakuten Group business, please visit their respective website.

Unless you are business customer of Rakuten Advertising, we will likely not hold any information about you. If one of our Advertiser, Publisher, Creator, or Influencer clients has processed your data, you will need to contact them directly.
