For the fifth year, colleagues from across the world came together for Champions Camp 2025, Polygon’s leadership development programme. Hosted at Krusenberg Herrgård in Sweden, the camp brought together a diverse group of current and future leaders for a few days of learning, collaboration and growth. Participants explored what it means to lead at Polygon through inspiring sessions with CEO Robin Petersen, Group CFO Åsa Källenius, CTO Nina Junehed♦️, Group Head of Strategy Caroline Finslo, Group ESG Controller Emma Sperrle and Group General Counsel Ola Hanson.
