Oops, I spoke too soon. After a complete purging of the local profile cache 
and a new login, Dev-Cpp is still attempting to look locally for the 
Application Data instead of respecting the redirection. So, I have to 
manually transer my settings from the network to the local folder Dev-Cpp 
wants.
