CommentRequired raises violations for uncommented serialVersionUID fields.

In standard Java library such fields rarely have any comments

E.g. really heavily documented java.util.HashMap has no Javadoc for serialVersionUID.

This will be fixed with PMD 5.3.6 and later. A new property serialVersionUIDCommentRequired has been added if the old behavior is needed.
