Our next task consists of recording your voice by using Soundcloud and then embed it on your glogster. The content of this recording will be your daily routines for 1º ESO and for 2º Bachillerato it deals with the explanation of your routines to explain our costumes to the European students who we are working with in our Comenius project called "Believing in Humanity". You can add pictures, videos and comments to your glog as well as this recording that is going to be done on Thursday.

Comenius: a new project

We are involved in a new project. It is an european program in which we try to encourage Reading. Our program name is "Reading for travelling through the paths of life" and our partners are: Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Romania and Turkey. The program consists of the exchange of experiences among these countries in order to improve Reading encouragement techniques. IES Mediterraneo library won the third prize on a national contest called: "Concurso nacional de buenas prácticas para la dinamización e innovación de las bibliotecas de centros escolares para el año 2007", announced by the Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia. Based on this project the school applied for the Comenius program and was accepted, that's why our school is now coordinating this Comenius program. ATENCIÓN TUTORÍA!

Con motivo de la celebración del 9 de Mayo DÍA DE EUROPA, la Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Cartagena convoca para este año 2009, la II Edición del Concurso ¿Qué sabes de Europa? dirigido a estudiantes de todos los IES de Cartagena.
El concurso consiste en realizar un trabajo LIBRE en donde quede reflejado vuestro conocimiento sobre Europa.
El formato del trabajo será libre: fotografía, pintura, puzzle, mural, power point, teatro, danzas, artes plásticas, gráficas, etc.
Los trabajos se podrán aceptar tanto en español como en cualquier otro idioma perteneciente a la Unión Europea.
INSCRIPCIÓN: Hasta el 25 de Marzo de 2009
ENTREGA TRABAJO: Hasta el 5 de Mayo de 2009
PREMIOS: Viaje a Valencia en el mes de Junio para visitar el Oceanográfico, el Museo de la Ciencia y el Hemisferio
