“Tokenized deposits are like an intranet. Stablecoins are like the internet.” - Geoff Kendrick, Standard Chartered On the Applied Blockchain podcast, Adi Ben-Ari, Founder & CEO of Applied Blockchain, speaks with Geoff Kendrick (Global Head of Digital Assets Research at Standard Chartered) about why stablecoins may ultimately outscale and outlive tokenized deposits. Both models may succeed for a period, but the openness, interoperability, and global reach of stablecoins give them the same structural advantage the internet had over closed intranet systems. 🎙️ Listen to the full episode: https://lnkd.in/eG6Ydvuj

🗣️ “One blockchain to rule them all?” During the Sibos 2025 panel “How Public and Permissioned Networks are Converging,” Redwan Meslem (Executive Director, Enterprise Ethereum Alliance) responded to Adi Ben-Ari’s question by building on an earlier point from Daniela Barbosa (Executive Director, LF Decentralized Trust), shifting the focus to where real momentum is happening today. Redwan highlighted how the Ethereum ecosystem is evolving: dedicated teams are now actively listening, collaborating, and engaging with institutions’ real-world needs. And with 60% of stablecoins and 85% of DeFi activity on Ethereum, that shift is already shaping how organizations adopt blockchain. Rather than looking for “one blockchain to rule them all,” the panel pointed toward a future grounded in interoperability, responsiveness, and ecosystems meeting organizations where they are. 🎥 Watch the full Sibos panel: https://lnkd.in/ekBFJvjU 🌟 See our Sibos highlights: https://lnkd.in/eq2yi5EK

This Wednesday, our founder, Adi Ben-Ari, will be giving a lecture at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on one of the most pressing topics in enterprise blockchain adoption: data privacy. While blockchain is synonymous with transparency, real-world applications increasingly demand confidentiality — from financial services to healthcare and energy. Adi will explore how privacy-enhancing technologies, like our L2, Silent Data, can bridge the gap between regulation, confidentiality and decentralization. 🗣️ "Why Mainstream Blockchain Needs Data Privacy" 📍 Savoy Place, London 🗓️ Wednesday 12 November 🕕 18:00 – 21:00 If you haven’t already, register here → https://lnkd.in/e-_AX7kM Explore Applied Blockchain → https://lnkd.in/eRyKBWdh

🗣️ “What is the attraction of public ledgers?” That was the question posed to Biswarup Chatterjee (Global Head Partnerships & Innovation, Citi) by Adi Ben-Ari (Founder & CEO, Applied Blockchain / Silent Data) during the Sibos 2025 panel “How Public and Permissioned Networks are Converging”. Drawing parallels with stock trading data, Biswarup explained how public ledgers make certain information universally accessible, while private layers protect sensitive transaction details. 🎥 Watch the full Sibos panel: https://lnkd.in/ekBFJvjU 🌟 See our Sibos highlights: https://lnkd.in/eq2yi5EK

SmartCon during NY Blockchain week brought key industry themes into sharp focus: data on-chain, connectivity, and compliance. In his keynote, Johann Eid of Chainlink Labs outlined a framework driving the next phase of blockchain adoption; more data on-chain, more connections, and more compliance - setting the tone for a future defined by interoperability and verifiable trust. Highlights from the week included sessions on automated compliance featuring Jefferies, Tokeny, an Apex Group company, WisdomTree, and PayPal, as well as a panel on interoperability standards with Chainlink Labs, Swift, Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), and Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) . As enterprise blockchain matures, these conversations reflect the same values at the core of Applied Blockchain and Silent Data: trust, privacy, and real-world scalability. ✈️ Want to connect at our next event? → https://lnkd.in/ewKwPv77 💻 Explore Applied Blockchain → https://lnkd.in/eR4BqxZV 🔍 Discover Silent Data → https://lnkd.in/e8zgD3WD

A great feature from FF News | Fintech Finance highlighting Adi Ben-Ari’s journey, and how Applied Blockchain continues to build trust through technology, not hype. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/esw5vZgQ
Applied Blockchain: Building Trust Through Code Applied Blockchain’s founder, Adi Ben-Ari, shared his journey from banking to blockchain innovation at SIBOS Frankfurt 2025. A decade ago, while working at Lloyds Bank, he began experimenting with Ethereum smart contracts — realising their potential to simplify and secure complex financial processes. That hands-on experience led to the founding of Applied Blockchain, a company focused on delivering trust through technology, not hype. By understanding blockchain’s real capabilities, Ben-Ari and his team create secure, efficient systems that make transparency and verification standard. As blockchain continues to mature, Applied Blockchain proves that true innovation comes not from chasing trends, but from building what works. https://lnkd.in/esw5vZgQ #fintech #finance #banking #paytech #payments #fintechnews #paymentsnews #blockchain #web3 #smartcontracts #digitaltrust
