As well as strengthening IDHL’s position as a UK leader in digital commerce and performance, IDHL and Vervaunt will also jointly invest more than £1.5 million over the next year to further their combined industry leadership in AI and emerging technology. Bridgepoint has formally agreed the sale of its stake in Cyrus Herez to PAI Partners, following the exclusive negotiations announced in October. Since partnering in 2020, we have supported founder Meyer Azogui 🎗 and the management team to build France’s leading independent wealth and asset manager, combining sustained organic growth with 12 bolt-on acquisitions and the transformational 2024 merger with Maison Herez. As a result, Cyrus has grown to be the pre-eminent nationwide platform in its space, serving clients across 23 cities with over €20bn in assets under management. We swapped the boardroom for the barracks to explore what leaders are, know and do, taking on exercises that tested how we lead under pressure and inspire performance across our ranks. We’ve today announced the successful pricing of the reset of Bridgepoint CLO VI, in our fifth CLO transaction and third reset of 2025.   The transaction takes us to over €2 billion of notes issued via our Syndicated Debt strategy in 2025, in one of the most active years for the strategy to date.    The reset optimises the capital structure of the CLO, first issued in 2024. From New York to Amsterdam, it’s been all hands on deck for Bridgepoint colleagues over recent weeks ⛵ 🤝   In New York, Stephen Escudier, Partner and Co-Head of Credit Opportunities, spoke at Pantheon’s inaugural Private Credit Summit on opportunities across the credit spectrum - from finding alpha to identifying new openings in the European market, as investors sharpen their focus on selectivity and structural protection.   In Munich, Ralph Betz, Managing Director, spoke at the DACH Private Equity Insights Conference on how private capital is returning to its fundamentals. He highlighted a shift in sourcing, with sponsors going deeper into niche sectors and becoming true long-term specialists - noting the most successful investors are those who “go the extra mile in their investment, who do value creation.”   In London, Philip O Leary, Managing Director, joined a Real Deals roundtable on European direct lending. He reflected on how Bridgepoint Credit’s scale and data-led portfolio management create an incumbency advantage in financing activity, and why local origination and sponsor relationships will be key as the market continues to evolve into 2026.   And, finally, we dropped anchor in Amsterdam – as Daniel Wagener, Antoine Parmentier and Dawit Johannes welcomed key LPs to the Bridgepoint Boat at SuperReturn Europe 2025.   Always a pleasure to set sail with investors old and new as we navigate new horizons together ⚓ ⛵ 🌍

Safe Life AB, backed by Bridgepoint, has expanded its international footprint through the acquisition of four companies specialising in the provision and maintenance of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) across Europe and the United States: Caryosa Cardioprotección y Desfibriladores and SALVAVIDAS in Spain, Un défi pour la vie in France, and AED Brands in the U.S. In addition, Safe Life’s subsidiary, D-SECURITE GROUPE, has acquired R.2P.2i, a company with 15 years of expertise in fire protection equipment, defibrillators, and intrusion detection systems. Together, these acquisitions add around SEK 250m in combined annual revenue and represent approximately 10% pro forma growth for Safe Life. They significantly strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and related life-saving services across multiple key markets.
