About us
ILC is a collaboration of like-minded individuals and businesses that work in claims insurance. Its goal is to create a platform for communication, to deliver industry-specific news and to promote the ethos of working together more closely for the benefit of the claims customer. It was launched in 2010, by Chris Ashworth, the Managing Director of ARMS Business Solutions, a division of Enterprise Holdings, with the mission to make us “Better Tomorrow Through What We Learn Today.” For the Motor, Home and Commercial sectors, ILC hosts Networking Lunches, Conferences and Focus Groups. Via its free membership website, it publishes specialist news, white papers, videos and industry insights. The company is a pro-active supporter of the charity Rainbow Trust and with the help of the claims industry it has raised just over £1,200,000 to support the families of terminally ill children. Earlier this month, industry leaders gathered for the inaugural ILC Motor Claims Advisory Board hosted by DAC Beachcroft, where discussions focused on how ILC and our members can continue to be ‘better tomorrow’. Key themes from the super engaging ‘Supplier Voice session’ included discussions on regulation, market consolidation, and AI’s role in the sector, where insurers shared their insights, all highlighting the need for shared insight and collaboration.
