*𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝* We are pleased to share that Francarbi has released some additional places for tomorrow's French language session on “Good Faith in International Arbitration” hosted by Enyo Law LLP. Further information on the session is detailed below, and you can book one of the final remaining places here: https://lnkd.in/eb-eJHTg Le séminaire abordera le thème de la bonne foi dans l’arbitrage international, notamment sa signification et ses limites tant sur le plan matériel que procédural, ainsi que la manière dont ce principe juridique est utilisé, perçu et appliqué par les parties et tribunaux dans les procédures arbitrales. #LondonArbitrationWeek #LAW2025

Due to popular demand, further spaces have been released for this lively debate hosted by Baker McKenzie and Essex Court Chambers on Thursday morning. This debate explores whether arbitrators truly wield enough authority to prevent procedural abuse, delay tactics, and strategic "gaming of the system". The debaters will also assess the diversity of standards of conduct internationally and share war stories from the trenches to ultimately answer the question: do arbitrators have the power to control parties' conduct or does arbitration's strength lie in its consensual, party-driven nature - even if that means tolerating a bit of mischief? The session is chaired by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)'s Deputy Director General Jamie Harrison, and promises to be a thought provoking and entertaining session.
