    The most people to complete a business coaching program in one year is 4,816, and was achieved by EZRA Coaching and Microsoft (both UK), in London, UK, from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2024.

    This record celebrates the successes and impact of coaching across Microsoft in partnership with EZRA Coaching who endeavour to make professional coaching accessible to everyone. Microsoft employees took part internationally with 1:1 sessions facilitated in numerous languages.
