It's taken me nearly a week to process last Friday's Digital Leaders result. 2nd overall in the #Ai100 list and 1st in the public sector. I really wasn't expecting it. I've been blown away by the kind comments, but particularly from colleagues and team members in the Home Office. Whilst the award is for me as an individual, it is also recognition of lots of work by my teams and colleagues particularly Sophie Stewart, Hannah Turner, Sarah Woolley, Ian Wiles. I also want to give a shout out to everyone in #HomeOfficeDigital who is just getting on with trialling and delivering with AI safely and responsibly. I am immensely proud to work in a Modern and Energetic Home Office Digital led by Rob Thompson. Maybe we should talk about it more. Thank you to Robin Knowles for organising and Lord Kulveer Ranger hosting and congratulations to everyone else on the list who is doing amazing work I look forward to catching up with many of you on the list to share stories and learning - and apologies if I've not already responded.
