An exceptional book that narrates in a very innovative way, for its time, the mysteries surrounding the cult of Demeter. The well-known Eleusinian Mysteries that were celebrated periodically and entheogens were consumed in a ritualistic manner. It is very likely that the enigmatic Kykeon contained lysergic acid amide and that this Hellenic cult was actually a psychedelic ritual. I loved reading it, and its authors are three giants. Essential for enthusiasts of mythology, ethnobotany, and the history of drugs in general. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
