Readers find this title to be misleading in its promises, lacking in specific content, and overly simplistic in its examples. It may not meet the expectations of those seeking in-depth insights on communication strategies.

This title should be called woke phrases that I'll repeat through the entire book.
Also, this goes against any stoic principles "you made me feel." This is how wokeism digs on people's minds. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

Totally misleading title : nothing to do with "powerful phrases" nor "dealing with difficult people" (which WOULD have been great). Only generalities about communication. And A LOT of trivial and repetitive exemples that makes you feel like you're being talked to like a 5-year-old. All that is missing is drawings and animals.
