If you’ve read ‘Loving What Is’ by Byron Katie and ‘What To Say When You Talk To Yourself’ by Shad Helmstetter - you don’t have to read this book. It’s the same information. I’ve really enjoyed Acuff’s previous books but this I felt was an exact copy of those other books published long before this one and not as well written. I gave it 3 stars because if you haven’t read those other books, this is a shorter synopsis of both and could be helpful.
