Probably the best “field guide” so to speak on growing your business realistically, and understanding internally what’s going on depending on where you’re at. I don’t suggest this for people getting started. But if you’re already running something / just beginning to outsource some work / hire - this book is perfect.1 person found this helpful

Superb book, from a guy who's got the runs on the board when it comes to starting and building multiple businesses to incredible levels. Easy to listen to. Packed with gems all the way through. Just what I needed to help us take our business to the next level.
Im listening to it a second time so that it really sinks in.
He breaks business growth down from the 0-1million, 1-10million and then the 100million+ business and how our role as entrepreneurs needs to change with each stage.
If you are seeking business growth, looking to scale up, this is the book to read. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
