As someone who tends to jump in with advice whether to students or my own feisty children, who can also hop quite well, this is a brilliant book for those who need to learn to say less in order to listen and learn more. Hang on until almost the end when he gives a great list of recommendations of other books to read for other goals.

    Well done Michael. Thank you.
