Couldn’t decide on 3 or 4 stars - book was good but two little things bothered me. 1) the author talks from a slight Christian based perspective (using the term God a lot, quoting the bible lots outside of the Christian section) and 2) most of the book was great but the last quarter or so of the book was a bit of rambling and just felt like the author was trying to get all of his ideas and feelings out on paper.
The main part was good and evidence based and even many of the more opinion based thoughts I actually agree with so I enjoyed it.
