This book is for anyone who is seeking a change of lifestyle, career or looking to find a peaceful space and a calm mind during or beyond this period of lockdown caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic. It introduces you to mindfulness and visualisation techniques that are easy to learn and integrate into your everyday life. Practising these techniques will allow you to clear your mind and focus on the things that you want to achieve and enjoy during this period of lockdown and beyond.
The book is set out as a seven-day guide, starting with techniques that will help you clear your mind, before providing guidance on how to visualise your goals, and finally setting out how to achieve them. This may be particularly important to you if the pandemic has made a significant impact to your life. For example, you may have been forced to consider a new career and you are looking for that inspiration to take yourself into a new direction.
As an alternative to using the book as a seven-day guide, you may just wish to pick out and adapt the bits that work best for you in terms of keeping a quiet mind. This YouTube video explains a little bit more about how the book could help you.
