How To Create Your Own Magic Square - AKSHAY K U
What is a magic square?
Although we aren’t discussing its history and geography, we have to say what exactly is the magic square. Because some of our readers may not know the complete idea of it. So let’s explain what it really is.
So simply a magic square is a square having the same no of small squares in rows in a column containing some numbers. But this numbers are some special features
If we choose 4 numbers in the squares in some specific patterns (i.e. not random) from the magic squares, their sum will always be equal
No 2 numbers of the magic square are same
Let’s take an example :
Let’s look at the magic square made by one of the greatest mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan
He made this magic square with his date of birth in first row (i.e. 22-12-1887)
There is an another special feature for this magic square i.e. if we choose any 4 elements with some specific patterns , we will always get their sum as 139
