What is Waterfall Testing?

Waterfall Software Testing is a type of software testing in which the different testing levels are performed one after the other. It involves the testing team members and unlike the agile testing development team is not involved in the testing phase. Testing team basically performs the testing operation once the full development of the software or the product is complete. Only after the completion of development life cycle, the testing life cycle begins.

What is V-Model Testing?

The V Model in software testing is an SDLC model in which tests are executed hierarchically. The execution procedure forms a V shape. It is also known as a Verification and Validation model, and it manages the testing process for each development phase. The V model indicates where testing should begin as early as possible in the SDLC life cycle. Testing is more than just an execution-focused activity. It also includes a variety of exercises that must be completed prior to the finish of the coding phase. The V Model represents concurrent testing and development activities.
