Method 1: Enable All Transport Layer Securities
Step 1: In the Search Bar, search for the Internet Options & go for the best available option.
Step 2: Now, a small window will open in the Advanced Tab. Scroll down the list & find a few Transport Layer Security (TLS) options. Just enable all of them.
Hence, we have successfully resolved the OneDrive error code 0x8004e4c3 by enabling all TLS.
Method 2: Reset Network Troubleshooter
Step 1: Open Settings & among other options go for the Network & Internet option.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of the next window, you will now see an option, Network Troubleshooter. Get the option Network Reset. Click that.
Step 3: You will now see a button for Reset Now option. Click on that to proceed.

Method 3: Run Network Adapter Troubleshooter
Step 1: Open Settings & on the Right-Hand side find the option Troubleshoot. Click that.
Step 2: Now, on the net window click on the Other Troubleshooters.
Step 3: Among a list of applications, find the Network Adapter option. And click the Run Button placed beside it.

Method 4: Resetting OneDrive
Step 1: Open the Run command prompt by pressing the Windows + R button simultaneously.
Step 2: Paste the following command there & press the OK Button. It will not show any visual update, but OneDrive will reset & all data will be removed.
Command: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

Method 5: Reinstall OneDrive
Step 1: Open the C Drive and then browse to the Windows. Inside the Windows folder, get the folder SysWOW64 folder. And inside that SysWOW64 folder, the OneDriveSetup file will be present. Just remove that file from the device.
Step 2: Now, search for the Command Prompt in the Search Bar. Open the Command Prompt in the Administrative format.
Step 3: Now, execute the following command & wait for a few seconds. It will start the installation process.
Command: %Systemroot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe
Step 4: Now, the installation process will start & OneDrive will reinstalled.
Hence, we have successfully resolved the OneDrive error code 0x8004e4c3 by reinstalling OneDrive.
