Hiring Process

Round 1: Treasure Hunt

All teams will need to participate in the treasure hunt round. Clues to the treasure hunt can be found on EatSure’s Instagram handle @eatsurenow and on the EatSure app. The teams will have to attempt the Treasure Hunt in an 8-hour window. All the teams who attempt this round will move on to the next.

Round 2: Video Pitch Submission

There will be 3 case problems pertaining to 3 different tracks - Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Experience. The team can pick any one case problem of their choice and work on the same. Participants will have to create a 2-minute (no longer) video pitch proposing the solution. The submission has to be made as a link to an unlisted YouTube video. The teams who clear this round will move on to the next.

Round 3: Detailed Pitch Submission

Selected teams will have to develop a 10-slide presentation detailing their proposed solution. A PDF version of the presentation needs to be submitted by 22nd September 2024. The teams who clear this round will move on to the next.

Round 4: Grand Finale

Top 10 teams will get to present their proposed solutions to the leadership team at Rebel Foods. Each team will have dedicated time to interact with the leaders.

Prizes & Rewards

Round 1

• The top 3 winners receive INR 5,000 worth of EatSure vouchers.
• The top 1K participants will receive EatSure vouchers worth Rs. 100.
• All Participants will receive EatSure vouchers worth Rs. 75.

Final Round Winners

• Winner: Receives INR 1,00,000 cash and a certificate.
• 1st Runners-Up: Receives INR 30,000 cash and a certificate.
• 2nd Runners-Up: Receives INR 20,000 cash and a certificate.
• National finalists stand a chance to win internships and potential job offers with a CTC of INR 8-20 lakhs plus ESOPs (based on qualification).
