The default color scheme for the admin dashboard is dark, but you can switch to a different color scheme as per your choice by following the few steps.

Changing the Admin Color Scheme in WordPress:

Step 1: Log in to Your WordPress Dashboard

Visit your WordPress website and log in using your admin credentials.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the WordPress dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Users Section

Hover over the “Users” section in the left sidebar.
Click on “All Users”

Step 3: Choose the User to Modify

Select the user for whom you want to change the color scheme (usually the admin user).
Click on the “Edit” link next to the user’s name.

Step 4: Select a Color Scheme

Scroll down to the “Admin Color Scheme” section.
Choose a color scheme from the available options. WordPress provides several predefined color schemes, including Default, Light, Modern, and more.
Pick the one that suits your preference.

This is how you can change the color scheme for the admin dashboard or for other users on the WordPress website.

Step 5: Update Your Profile

After selecting the color scheme, scroll further down the page.
Click the “Update Profile” button to save your changes.
Your selected color scheme will now be applied to the admin dashboard for the chosen user. Remember that you can repeat these steps for other users as well.
