The Director of the Institute is the Executive Head of the Institute and Member Secretary of the Governing Board. The activities of the Institute are carried out under the overall guidance of the Governing Board. The Institute’s activities are co-ordinated and carried out by a dedicated team comprising faculty, experienced professionals and operational staff under the guidance of both the Director and Senior Professor & Advisor. For both functional and administrative ease, the Institute has been grouped into 7 divisions- Design & Analysis, Research & Development, Client Relations I and II, Technology Support Services, Administration and Financial & Allied Services.
