It is likely that during a project, the team may not always align with the client’s vision. However, as designers, it is our responsibility to embrace criticism and transform it into something constructive. Being diplomatic in such situations is essential. We must demonstrate that our expertise can lead to a solution that differs from the client’s initial opinion, while showing them that this approach is ultimately beneficial for the project’s progress. To do this, we need to persuade the client by presenting our perspective with clear and concrete examples.

Firstly handling as a senior lead i’ll prioritise the client feedback bcz harry gordon said “ customer is always right”. And will investigate the whole project from bottom to top to find the hard edges that are making difference between client and my team. It’ll help to find the very right direction and point where the whole thing start messing up. As a lead problem solving and right decision making is the only goal.

In my experience, Interpreting a client's vision is an art form itself. I frequently see that Clients often struggle to extrapolate from preliminary designs, which is why I prioritize presenting polished, production-ready renders whenever possible. This allows me to swap back to clay-view renders after for small tweaks once they have an understanding of the full picture. For creative differences, I trust in my team's proven ability to breathe life into our client's visions. While confident in our ability, we still remain receptive to feedback and collaboration. It's a balance of creative intuition and client partnership which has consistently delivered results that exceed expectations, even when initial concepts needed evolution.

In my experience handling client feedback, there will always—always—be changes. Many times, these changes are suggested from their perspective as improvements. However, this can sometimes feel a bit 'frustrating' for the team, as every change requires time and effort from everyone involved. That being said, we must acknowledge that clients always request what they believe is best for their final deliverables. As a team, we should not only adapt to these demands but also embrace them as opportunities to develop even better ideas that satisfy both the client and the team.
