"Why are YOU here?" How many of us have ever heard that, or have been made to feel that way in an important executive meeting? Unfortunately, it’s an experience many of us have faced. I’m deeply thankful to Jean Hu, CFO of AMD, for sharing her own experiences and how she responded to and grew from situations like these. Last week, Jean joined our Women and Gender Minority group at Ayar Labs for an open discussion where she generously offered her authentic stories, support, and wisdom, reminding us what it means to lead with strength and intention.
