Some journeys don’t just build careers—they build confidence, courage, and the belief that you can grow into something bigger than you imagined. For Aaushi Pathak, Manager – Application Development (IS) and a Computer Science engineer from NIT Kurukshetra, BPCL has been that journey. Since joining in 2016, she has grown through the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities the organisation has trusted her with. Inducted as an ABAP developer at BPCL, she built a strong foundation in SAP and then explored new areas like Fiori, SAP FICO, and .NET. Every new project pushed her to learn more and expand her capabilities. Through critical assignments—such as supporting GST implementation, handling the SAP Governance Risk Compliance upgrade during COVID, and working across digital tools for LPG, CNG, and accounting—BPCL provided her platforms to learn, contribute, and evolve professionally. Today, she leads two major .NET platforms: the SMS system and the nationwide eParichay eKYC platform, both of which carry high responsibility. BPCL’s trust, mentorship, and exposure have shaped her into a confident leader who can handle complex, high-impact systems with clarity and assurance. Aaushi’s journey reflects BPCL’s belief in nurturing talent—giving people the opportunities, challenges, and guidance they need to grow and make a meaningful impact.
