I'm loving Buffer already, so I scheduled this post 4 weeks ago!! At the time I first wrote this, I'd been seeing posts about Buffer everywhere. Most especially from Folasade and I love her postss....The moment I scheduled my first post through the app, I knew I had to write about it. So yes, this post you’re reading right now was written four weeks ago and scheduled three weeks ago! It took me about one week before I could sit down to properly batch create my posts for a whole month! I’ve been more consistent than before. And guess what? I love it! I'm here to show you how not to worry about social media postings, especially when life happens. So how will you know if Buffer is for you? 1. You currently use your Notes app or a Word doc to plan your posts, write ideas, and draft captions? Buffer has an Ideas tab for that. You can drop your ideas there, save them as drafts, come back, tweak them, and move straight to posting. Clean and simple. 2. You struggle to find time to actually show up and post? Or Life simply just happens?? Buffer has a scheduling option. You can batch-create your content, schedule ahead, and rest, especially on days when your creative juices are nowhere to be found. (Took me a while to batch-create and schedule, but I finally did it!) 3. You're tired of posting on one platform and forgetting the others... or your Excel content planner is stressing your life 😩? Buffer connects all your platforms in one place. You can schedule for multiple pages and channels without confusion. Lifesaver. Bonus: You can track your analytics on LinkedIn too. Thank me later 😎 So... are you a new LinkedIn user trying to show up consistently? Or a business owner without a social media manager yet, but still want to build an online presence? Buffer might just be your new best friend. (P.S. This is not a sponsored post. Just me giving a real review based on about four weeks of loving Buffer.) #BufferApp #ContentTools #SchedulingTools #WorkSmarter

How Often Should You Post on Instagram in 2025? Interestingly, the more you post, the better your content performs. Buffer did a study, and here is what they found out 1. More posts per week means more growth 2. Not posting at all could mean a loss of followers 3. Consistent posting drives real, measurable growth 4. Posting more consistently increases weekly reach 5. Posting more means more reach per post #InstagramMarketingTips #SocialMedia #DigitalMarketing

Today during our stand-up, a colleague asked me: “How come our social media posts now drop at the same time across all platforms?” I couldn’t help but smile. Here’s the thing: unlike before, when we had to schedule posts manually on every platform, we now use Buffer One scheduling session and our posts go live across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter at the same time. That said, you don’t always have to rely on a tool. You can still schedule posts manually: • LinkedIn: schedule directly in the app. • Instagram → Facebook: if your accounts are linked, scheduled post on Instagram will also post on Facebook. • Twitter: posts can be scheduled via the web platform. The takeaway? You can work smarter, not harder. Ideas, updates, or announcements don’t have to wait, you can schedule them and let automation handle the timing.

In July, Buffer posted $271K in profit. That's more than our total annual profit in any YEAR since 2020. It also brings our year-to-date net income to over $1M with five months still to go. 💸 Full breakdown coming next week in our Shareholder Update and monthly newsletter, Buffer’s Bottom Line.

Last week Buffer broke 70,000 paying customers (again). This is a big deal. The last time we had this many people paying for Buffer was September 2020. We've also hit a number of ARR milestones this year as well, but the paying customers number is near & dear to my heart. Our strategy is to go down and wide – to appeal to the largest possible addressable market that we can with product containing massive value, power, flexibility and simplicity all at once. Rather than focus on how much money we can squeeze out of every customer we get, we aim to offer a lot of value to everyone we can and see growth as the result of that. We're doing this by 🆓 adding *more* to our already-generous free offering, not less 💅 redesigning entire swaths of the product to be as intuitive and visually delightful as we can challenge ourselves to be 💜 balancing new features that users want (bulk post uploads!) with innovating on the core social toolset to help those unserved by existing tools (posting goals!) 🏗️ building everything with a platform-oriented, API-first mindset, allowing us to serve a variety of use cases with single features The bet we place is that, for every user who loves & grows an audience with Buffer, they'll both: 📈 find value in our paid plans as they grow their audience & ambitions on social 💬 tell 10 friends/colleagues about Buffer, some of whom will also find immense value from Buffer (either immediately or down the line) And I'm thrilled to see it working. We still have more to do to break our previous high (which was June 2018!), but I am more optimistic than ever that we'll get there – and blow past it. Because we're focused on something that *anyone* building an audience on social can find valuable.
