Enterprises face mounting complexity across multi-cloud environments, legacy systems, multi-digital channels, micro-service integrations, and emerging AI technologies. Traditional IT operations create friction, risk, and operational debt – slowing innovation and increasing costs. By automating repetitive tasks at scale, enabling proactive problem resolution, and providing data-driven insights that prevent future incidents, AI Agents for IT Ops reduce operational debt – progressively cutting costly downtimes and unplanned outages. The result? Enterprises deliver continuously improving, highly available, and resilient services that drive business potential. Agentification of IT Operations enables technology teams to shift focus from maintenance to strategic innovations – accelerating development, capitalizing on new opportunities, and staying ahead of the competition. Cognizant ®Resilient IT Operations addresses these opportunities through a single, platform-powered approach that can: ✅ Prevent critical incidents ✅ Resolve incidents faster ✅ Reduce operations debt ✅ Significantly increase IT Operations automation Learn more about how we can transform IT Ops from a cost center to a change accelerator: https://cgnz.at/6040tn6Pu #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfITOps #BeCognizant

Last month, we hosted a student hackathon in partnership with Aston Martin F1 Team at our Hyderabad campus. It was an unforgettable day -- especially for the winning teams, who had the rare opportunity to meet the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in person. This hackathon was part of our global skilling program with AMF1, created to give students real-world exposure to technology, innovation and industry-led problem solving. It was the perfect fusion of speed, talent and bold thinking. Congratulations to all the students who pushed boundaries and built the future. Check out the video highlights to relive the energy, ideas and innovation. ⬇️

AI is changing how we work. But the real shift is happening in how we prepare people to shape what’s next. That’s what Cognizant Synapse is all about ➡️ creating access to tech skills and careers that can change lives. One of our partners, The Marcy Lab School, is showing what that looks like in action. With our support, they’ve launched new programs, reached more students and opened doors to high-growth tech roles. In 2025 alone, 60 new students and 100 alumni have moved into opportunities at companies like IBM, Asana, Palo Alto Networks and Gemini — earning a combined $3.5M in wages. The Marcy Lab School is just one of the many ways Synapse is preparing communities worldwide for the AI-powered workforce.

Many organizations recognize the importance of Responsible AI, but too often, it's treated as an add-on, a compliance checkbox or a parallel workstream rather than a core principle. But Responsible AI isn't a luxury. It's a critical first line of defense against legal exposure, financial loss and reputational damage. This is especially true when it comes to clear, explainable AI data lineage -- something frequently overlooked. In a new blog for the World Economic Forum, Prof. Dr Kathrin Kind MSc / M.A. / MBA AI makes the point that if you can't trace where your data comes from, how it's used or how it influences outcomes, you're operating with unnecessary risk. We're rapidly moving toward a world where agentic AI doesn't just assist us, it acts for us. Soon, these systems will be able to handle everyday tasks like online shopping, negotiating with retailers and making purchases on our behalf. In this new landscape, staying competitive goes beyond just delivering a great human experience. It's about building platforms that can seamlessly engage with both people and AI agents. Benjamin Wiener dives into these themes in a new blog for the World Economic Forum, explaining why this shift could be a win-win -- freeing people from tedious decision-making while creating new opportunities for those brands that design AI-ready experiences.
