For people living with chronic kidney disease, navigating food-centric gatherings like Thanksgiving can be stressful — and require more than a simple list of foods to avoid. Working with a DaVita registered dietitian provides patients with personalized, evidence-based guidance to promote adherence during the holidays, make precise, actionable adjustments based on patient data and help mitigate food-related clinical risks. Empowering patients with this level of expert guidance ensures they can enjoy the holidays without compromising their health outcomes. It’s a testament to the crucial role of integrated care and specialized dietitians in improving patient stability and well-being. Learn more: https://ow.ly/ZSVm50Xylpo

We're honored by this recognition from Joint Commission. Delivering safe, high-quality patient care is at the center of everything we do, and we’re grateful for our teammates who bring this commitment to life every day. ⭐
Spotlighting Excellence! 🔦 We’re inspired by DaVita Kidney Care’s unwavering commitment to safe, high-quality patient care. In 2013, DaVita became the first provider of inpatient acute dialysis and apheresis therapies to earn Joint Commission accreditation. Today, nearly 500 of its in-hospital dialysis programs are accredited, reflecting a relentless drive for excellence. Earlier this fall, our Chief Nursing Executive and EVP of Accreditation and Certification Operations Ken Grubbs (fourth from left) joined the DaVita team during their triennial survey to learn more about their work to maintain the highest standards of care. Congratulations to DaVita for setting the bar high and continuing to lead the way in quality and patient safety across the industry.

DaVita Kidney Care reposted this
I had a wonderful experience today joining some of my California teammates at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County to sort and package meals for those in need as part of DaVita Kidney Care’s Caring Across Communities initiative. DaVita is leading something special and standing firm in our commitment to being a "community first and company second" through this week-long initiative where 1,000+ of our California teammates are volunteering at more than 30 nonprofit projects focused on addressing critical local needs, from donating and packing meals at food banks to cleaning up many of our beautiful public spaces across the state. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone come together to support these incredible organizations that do so much to help our communities! #CommunityFirst
