Today, I'm excited to announce Hercle has raised $60M in funding led by F-Prime, with participation from Fulgur Ventures, Exponential Science, and previous investors, to rebuild how institutions move money globally. Trillions flow across borders annually in B2B payments - yet transactions still crawl through the same banking infrastructure from decades ago. Multiple intermediaries. Days of settlement time. Friction at every step. Consider Brazil-China soybean trade: 77 million metric tons moved between January and August alone, heading toward $50 billion annually. Traditional banking infrastructure bleeds roughly 1% of that ($500mn) in unnecessary costs - FX markups, intermediary fees, settlement delays. Instant stablecoin settlement could cut that to about 0.3%, saving $350 million every year. But here's the challenge: most payment platforms coordinate these flows for their clients, yet they're stuck using rails they don't control - with external networks, opaque pricing and unpredictable settlement windows. They're building the interface without owning the infrastructure. Hercle changes that equation. We've built the end-to-end infrastructure platform that gives institutions speed and scale without compromise - real-time settlement, deep liquidity, transparent pricing, and seamless banking integrations. Today, Hercle has processed $20B+ across 200+ institutional clients, with 90% of transactions settling in under 5 minutes.
