Nolvia L. Delgado Delgado, Executive Director of the Kaplan Educational Foundation, and recognized as one of this year’s #CUNY50Under50, is transforming pathways to higher education for underserved students. A proud CUNY Alumni, Nolvia began her journey in the very first CUNY ASAP cohort at Borough of Manhattan Community College, an experience that shaped her commitment to equity, access, and student success. Her path from BMCC to Smith College, and now to leading KEF’s Kaplan Leadership Program, which has helped more than 100 community college scholars gain admission to top universities shows what’s possible when talent meets opportunity and support.
