We would like to take a moment to honor and remember a cherished member of our MHG family, Theresa Doran, who passed away late October. Her loss has been deeply felt by all of us.   Theresa brought warmth, joy, and an unwavering positive spirit to our team and to every guest she encountered. She consistently made a meaningful impression, creating countless positive experiences for guests through her kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful presence. This impact was reflected not only in the many heartfelt reviews she received, but in the genuine connections she formed with the people around her.   As we reflect on Theresa’s life, we hold close to the many wonderful memories we shared with her. She will be remembered with admiration, gratitude, and affection by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Exciting Progress Across Our Developments! 🏗️ Our teams have been hard at work bringing three major projects to life: 📍 Palm Bay, FL – Self Storage Tilt-up panels are going vertical as we bring another state-of-the-art climate-controlled facility online. 📍 Bloomington, IN – Student Housing Framing and exterior finishes are coming together beautifully next to campus — a new home for students taking shape! 📍 New Jersey – Self Storage Curb and drive prep is underway with precision — setting the stage for another high-quality MHG Storage build. Yesterday, our team had the incredible opportunity to represent MHG Hotels at the Indiana University Bloomington Sports and Hospitality Career Fair!   Our amazing team members, Ava Iannelli and Emily Besendorfer, proudly attended the event to share insights about MHG Hotels, our culture, and the exciting career paths available within the hospitality industry.   As current and former IU students themselves, Ava and Emily especially enjoyed connecting with fellow students, ranging from freshmen exploring their interests to graduating seniors eager to launch their careers. Their conversations were filled with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a shared passion for hospitality and service.   We’re always inspired to meet the next generation of hospitality professionals and to showcase the diverse opportunities that MHG Hotels offers. Last week, our team rolled up our sleeves for our quarterly service outing at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, and we came ready to make an impact.   With a big group and even bigger energy, we spent the morning supporting multiple areas of the warehouse and seeing firsthand the incredible work Gleaners does to fight hunger in our community. From helping guests through registration to loading cars with groceries, everyone jumped in with enthusiasm and teamwork.   It’s always rewarding to step away from our day-to-day and serve together. Happy Halloween from MHG Hotels!   This past week, our team got into a spooky spirit with a companywide Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Team members from several of our properties showcased their creativity and teamwork by designing some truly amazing pumpkins, from classic Halloween themes to imaginative, one-of-a-kind creations.   It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm, artistry, and collaboration across our MHG family.
