Alexandra brings nearly 20 years of experience in assisted living, having grown from a dining room server at age 16 to roles including Memory Care Director, Case Management Director, and Assisted Living Director. She also holds a degree in Gerontology, reinforcing her commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Alexandra previously served as Memory Care Director at Coopers Corner and is thrilled to return to Monarch to continue contributing to a mission she wholeheartedly believes in. Known for her dedication, leadership, and passion for building supportive communities, Alexandra strives to create environments where both residents and employees feel valued and at home. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old daughter, proudly cheering her on at dance practices, rehearsals, and shows. She also loves exploring new restaurants and has an interest in mixology from her early bartending experience. We are thrilled to welcome Alexandra Jesurum back to the Monarch family!
