These two units have been tag-teaming steam production at one of our facilities for years, powering our kettles where your favorite sauces and ingredients come to life. Shoutout to our team of mechanics keeping them in tiptop shape! They’re a classic industrial boilers (peep our new facility to see what a brand NEW boiler looks like) — Do they deserve a sweeping Henry Mancini score? We think so. Fun fact: Steam jacketed kettles use steam to gently and evenly heat ingredients without direct flame contact. It’s basically a double boiler situation but make it industrial. Most professional chefs know this equipment well—ours are just... a lot bigger.

While everyone else is sitting down to their feast, you’re orchestrating dozens (or hundreds) of them. Thank you for making spaces and moments that bring people together. The visual? Brûléed Sweet Potatoes with our Aged White Cheese Sauce. Sweet. Creamy. That crackly caramelized top. Bonus: it’s gluten-free, takes 15 minutes, and our cheese sauce is stupid versatile (we know you’ll find 47 other uses for it). Thankful doesn’t even begin to cover it. You make the magic happen. 🔥

At the 2025 Colorado Green Business Network annual event, our team brought home two major honors - our official Silver Certification plaque AND the Water Innovation Award. The Water Innovation Award recognizes a project our team implemented at one of our facilities to reduce water usage during vegetable prep. The result? 4.5 million gallons of water saved annually. This achievement reflects our commitment to making food sustainable while delivering real operational excellence that creates both environmental and business value.
