  • AI won’t replace RevOps. But it will expose who can actually understand the process. In this Revenue Engine Masters clip, Mollie B. breaks down one of the biggest misconceptions about AI in operations: AI makes great operators more efficient — but it can’t design the experience, understand the process, or define what “good” looks like. ⭐ Her message is sharp and spot-on for today’s teams: - AI is leverage, it becomes a mechanism for efficiency. - Critical thinking is still the irreplaceable skill - Using ChatGPT without reasoning isn’t expertise — it’s dependency The future of RevOps belongs to operators who know how to combine human judgment with intelligent systems. 🎥 Link in comments to watch the full clip #Scalestack #Engine #RevOps #GTM #AIinOps #RevenueExecution

    • AI isn’t going to come in and take jobs of people—you still have to understand a process and the experience you’re trying to create, measure against that, and build.

Co-Founder & CEO @ Scalestack | Autonomous Revenue Engine. Zero Duct Tape.

Scalestack is an Autonomous Revenue Engine for enterprise GTM workflows at scale. We started with #RevOps as our first wedge because that’s where the pain is the loudest — fragmented data, brittle processes, and an urgent need to use AI for foundational and infrastructural. But from day one we knew the platform had horizontal potential. If you can orchestrate thousands of #agents to clean, enrich, score, and route GTM data… you can power any complex enterprise workflow. So when a world-class RevOps leader like Andy Mowat (Carta, Upwork, Box) came to me with the idea of building his Whispered on top of our agentic platform, I didn’t hesitate. What Andy built shows what happens when the infrastructure is solid: - agents that reason across multiple data sources - workflows that don’t break every week - real-time enrichment, scoring, and profiling with zero babysitting - and a product team that can focus on logic and outcomes, not plumbing The result is a fully autonomous engine under the hood — one that lets Whispered operate with the speed and precision of a scaled data team, without actually having one. Because this is what we think where the world is going: workflows become autonomous, humans focus on strategy. See it for yourself in Andy’s short video here (him explaining the agentic workflows, and the actual workflows and agents in action), and grab the full case study in the comments. And the best...I am SO grateful for the relationship I have built with Andy, someone that I respect deeply and who has pretty neat ideas all-the-time. Thanks Andy!

GTM Advisor to B2B Tech & SaaS | Fractional CRO & RevOps Leader | + I Build Repeatable Revenue Engines That Scale | Founder Bombyll | Partner AudienceHaus | Stage 2 LP | Investor

I was invited by the Scalestack team to write about the future of GTM (link in comments). Big thanks to Elio Narciso for the partnership and platform. Here’s the TL;DR 👇 If you’re a founder, CRO, or GTM leader who’s tried “more control” and “more process” — more rules, more dashboards, more tools — and you’re still stuck… it’s probably not effort. It’s design. You don’t need more processes. You need better systems. This is the work I do. I partner with teams to: - Diagnose where the GTM system is stuck - Redesign GTM around conditions, not commands - Wire AI, data, and people (humans + bots) into one adaptive ecosystem - Build operating rhythms that keep the system learning Heading into 2026 wanting GTM that feels less brittle and more alive? Let’s talk. If you don’t have an always-learning product like Scalestack to unify GTM, ping me and I’ll happily connect you to the team. And no, this post was not a paid advert :)

Engineering Operational Transformation | The RevTech Review

Just wrapped an awesome conversation with Elio Narciso on Scalestack's Revenue Engine podcast. From my early days wrestling with Access databases to navigating the complex world of ops, we dove into the real work of scaling teams and systems. We explored some key topics: - How to structure ops teams for meaningful impact - Building processes that create real organizational leverage - The importance of designing systems that make complexity feel simple - Hiring for curiosity and potential beyond just technical skills The thread that ran through our conversation? The power of understanding how teams and systems actually work. Not just the tools, but the human dynamics behind them. Big thanks to 🤫 Andy Mowat and Jared Robin for the connection that made this conversation happen. Always grateful for the chance to share insights and learn from great conversations. Co-Founder & CEO @ Scalestack | Autonomous Revenue Engine. Zero Duct Tape.

Episode 17 of our Revenue Engine Master Podcast is live! Mollie B. has spent her career building and rebuilding systems under real pressure — healthcare, HR tech, now travel — and you can tell. She thinks in product terms, not “ticket terms.” Pods, ownership lines, clean start/stop definitions, thoughtful speed instead of endless planning… this is how high-performing ops teams operate. There’s something I’ve seen over and over: people who come up through #marketing #ops (like Mollie) bring a different edge. They understand tools and tech, data, experimentation, and automation at a level that’s inherently tied to outcomes. That shows in how she hires, how she sets priorities, and how she avoids the firefighting trap that so many ops teams fall into. We also dug into #AI in a very real way: - How to pick a single use case, ship it fast, learn fast, and avoid the “boil the ocean” mistake that kills most enterprise pilots. - and this was my favourite quote: "Ops leaders who succeed aren’t the most technical — they understand human behavior. They design intuitive processes that make complex feel simple." A lot of this thinking maps directly to the work we’re doing at Scalestack. We think the future of AI is *autonomous*: freeing people from the grunt work so they can actually analyze, think, and design better systems, the human way. Check for the full episode link in the comments. Thank you Mollie! #RevOps #Scalestack Engine #RevenueEngineMasters

Can't wait to go to beautiful #Chicago next week! I’m co-hosting two very different, very operator-driven GTM sessions back-to-back, and if you’re in town, you should come. 📌 Tuesday, Nov 18 — Revenue Engine Masters - Dinner Series Co-hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Terret 6:00 PM | A small-room, deep-dive dinner with GTM and GTM Ops leaders on how teams are actually building modern revenue engines: clean data, agentic workflows, real-time enrichment, ICP alignment, and eliminating the “manual work tax.” No slides, no pitches — just real operator (and "jeffersonian"!) conversation around the table. (With great drinks and food in one of my favorite "foodie" cities!) 📌 Wednesday, Nov 19 — Fall CRO Roundtable (together with Warren Zenna / CROCollective, Fullcast, and Orbb) 2:30–5:30 PM | A bigger-format CRO discussion on what’s working, what’s breaking, and how GTM teams are adapting their playbooks for 2026 and beyond. Followed by cocktails & dinner :). If you’re in Chicago — or have a colleague who’d get value from either session — DM me and I’ll try to squeeze you in.

🚨 The next big RevOps advantage isn’t another AI tool. It’s a data moat. The best GTM teams in 2025 aren’t winning because they’ve automated everything. They’re winning because they’ve built something automation can trust: Foundational Data. It’s what separates the teams scaling cleanly from the ones stuck patching. Because no AI agent, Clay flow, or Zapier chain can fix what bad data breaks. You don’t win RevOps by controlling every tool in the stack, you win by controlling the foundation everything else builds on. That’s why the smartest operators we work with aren’t chasing more integrations — they’re architecting: 🧩 Unified account and hierarchy data across all GTM systems ⚙️ Dynamic workflows that evolve in real time 📊 Ownership, scoring, and routing mapped to truth, not static logic 💡 Motion that stays clean, not manually corrected That’s how companies like MongoDB, Typeform, Redis, Astronomer and more build systems that scale without breaking trust. Because when everyone has access to the same tools, the moat isn’t the technology — it’s the foundation. 👉 Check the comments to read the full article. #FoundationalData #CategoryDesign #RevOpsExcellence #RevenueExecution #AutonomousRevenueEngine #Scalestack

Eliminating the Manual Work Tax: Lessons from Scalestack's Enterprise Journey We recently spoke with Elio Narciso, CEO of Scalestack, about building agentic automation for enterprise go-to-market teams. Here are the key lessons from their journey to landing MongoDB, Redis, and other major customers: → Focus AI on back-office work first. Scalestack discovered that 95% of AI investments fail when targeting customer-facing automation, while back-office process automation delivers measurable ROI. → Co-create with enterprise customers. They embedded "deployment engineers" with customers to build solutions collaboratively, then productized those learnings for the broader market. → Target entrepreneurial operators at large companies. Their MongoDB breakthrough came from cold emailing employee #8, who had curiosity about learning from vendors tackling similar problems. → Let customers write your messaging. Scalestack completely rebuilt their website using language extracted from hundreds of customer calls rather than internal assumptions. → Use content strategically for ABM. Their podcast serves as targeted relationship-building with specific prospects rather than broad audience growth. → Build intelligence into manual processes. They created agents that validate data sources and make contextual decisions rather than simple automation workflows. These insights from Scalestack demonstrate how enterprise GTM requires fundamentally different approaches than traditional SaaS playbooks.
