We’re proud to see Brianna bring her voice to the Thrive LouD with Lou Diamond Podcast, a space focused on helping people to thrive in their passions, work, and life. Her conversation with host Lou Diamond explores the human side of innovation — the uncertainty teams are sitting in, the emotional energy leaders must learn to read, and the slow, sometimes hidden momentum that fuels real transformation. This is the heart of our work at Sylver Consulting, and we’re excited for leaders to hear it. Thriving isn’t always about speed—sometimes it’s about the strategic pause. Lou Diamond is on a mission to help people take their lives, businesses, and passions to the next level. But how do you actually "Thrive LouD" when the market is uncertain and you feel like you’re in a free fall? I joined Lou on the Thrive LouD podcast to dig into exactly that. We explored how to turn the messy middle of innovation into a launchpad for thriving—personally and professionally. Here are three ways we discussed taking your leadership to the next level: THRIVING IN BUSINESS: Breaking 60-Year-Old Roadblocks We discussed how true thriving requires removing the invisible barriers holding you back. I shared a story about a client who used the "5 Intention-Setting Questions" (a tool from my book “Leading Through Free Fall”) to identify a blockage that had stalled an organization for 60 years. The result? They secured 80% of their required funding in just 24 hours. THRIVING IN LEADERSHIP: Redefining "Movement" In a world obsessed with "moving onward and upward," we often mistake a strategic pause for a stall. I shared with Lou how I’ve had to retrain myself to see that sometimes, the most powerful way to thrive is to allow the building blocks of a project to set, rather than forcing premature action. THRIVING IN LIFE: Naming the Uncertainty You can’t thrive if you are paralyzed by the unknown. We talked about the importance of naming your uncertainty. Simply putting voice to what is out of your control helps you let go of the anxiety and refocus on where you can make an impact. Lou, thank you for a fantastic conversation and for consistently connecting your audience with the inspiration they need to keep moving onward and upward. Also, big shout out to Page Two. Jesse Finkelstein, Lou and I got connected through your Book Marketing Mastery program. Thanks for making that connection!
