Meet Tonya Hall, Regional Vice President of Operations for Georgia and South Carolina at Three Oaks Hospice! 🌳 With more than 25 years of hospice and healthcare leadership experience, Tonya brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for serving patients and families. Her love for older adults began at age 10, when she cared for her grandfather, a bilateral amputee with Alzheimer’s disease—an experience that inspired her lifelong dedication to compassionate care. After graduating from Northeast Mississippi Community College in 1998, Tonya’s career grew from RN Case Manager to Area and Regional Vice President roles, where she led multi-state operations, opened new agencies, supported acquisitions, and helped strengthen hospice access across the South. During her service on the Louisiana and Mississippi hospice association boards, she helped implement initiatives that encouraged incredibly strong growth across membership and conference programs. Tonya defines success as seeing her team fulfilled and ensuring every eligible hospice patient receives the care they deserve. She now calls Tennessee home, where she enjoys time with her daughter, her Shih Tzu “Yadi,” and her grand dog “Maverick.” We’re thrilled to have Tonya’s leadership and heart guiding our teams across Georgia and South Carolina! 💫 💚 #MeetTheTeam #ThreeOaksHospice #ListenCareServe
