🚀Finishing the Techstars Tokyo Accelerator wasn’t just the end of a 3-month program — it was a turning point for Tokoshie’s business. We entered with ambition. We’re leaving with clarity, conviction, and a sharpened path toward global scale. Over the past three months, we rebuilt our strategy from the ground up: our ICP, our GTM, our category narrative, and our belief in what Modeling Professional AI can become for creators and manufacturers worldwide. Techstars didn’t simply accelerate us — it reset our mental model for building a world-class company. Demo Day wasn’t the finish line. It was the confirmation that what we’re building truly matters. ---------------------------------------- To the team — thank you for reshaping how we think. Yuki Shirato, Chloe Takahashi, Sola Ebina, Satomi Hoshi, Anna Kawagishi And to the entire teams at Techstars Tokyo, Mitsui Fudosan, and JETRO Startup (special thanks to Noriya Tarutani Arisa Sonoda, Kimi Sakoda)— your support, pressure, and belief made us stronger founders and a stronger company. To our lead mentors — your impact will stay with us. Gen Tsuchikawa, Ryan Hart, Filippo Diotalevi You challenged our assumptions, refined our GTM, and sharpened our understanding of global opportunity. Your guidance truly changed our trajectory. ---------------------------------------- To my fellow founders — this wasn’t just a cohort. It became a global family. We now head to different paths — SF, Tokyo, Osaka, Malaysia, Poland, Spain, or India — but we’re permanently connected by what we built together. Whatever stage we each move to next, I’ll always be proud to call you friends, peers, and lifelong supporters. Leo Kotil, Nikita Kaeshko, Ayako Kawano, Alan Chan, Shubhankar G., Taka Morinaga, GaganDeep Tomar, ヤコブセン スティアン, Simon Gormuzov, Kazuki Miyauchi, 井上 璃久, QINGWEN CHEN, PhD, ZHANG MINGXIN, Weilin Yuan, Ahmed Shochin, Minh Nguyen, Aksheta Agarwal, Aman Beniwal, Emin Aliekpierov, Viktor Levchenko, Ethan Sherbondy, Braulio Chavez, Abhishek Gupta. The future will take us far, but this bond stays. ---------------------------------------- 🔥 What’s next for Tokoshie? The program is over, but our acceleration is not. 1️⃣ Domestic POC — our most immediate mission. Bringing Modeling Professional AI into real manufacturing environments in Japan. 2️⃣ CES 2026 (Las Vegas). Introducing the world to AI-native 3D creation. 3️⃣ Multi-language expansion of Modeling Professional AI. Japan → US → global — opening our technology to creators everywhere. Techstars wasn’t a conclusion. It was ignition. From here, we build faster — and bigger — than ever before. 🚀 #TechstarsTokyo #Techstars #DemoDay #AI #Manufacturing #3DDesign #Tokoshie #MPAI #Startup #Founders

[Techstars Event Highlight: Mentor Magic] During Week 2 of the Techstars Tokyo program, we participated in one of the most transformative experiences — “Mentor Magic.” It’s a speed-dating-style event designed to help founders connect with potential Lead Mentors who will accompany them throughout the program. Each session is 20 minutes of intense pitching, feedback, and discussion — repeated 12 times a day, across 6 days, meeting over 70 mentors from all over the world. It was an incredibly intensive and inspiring experience. Beyond sharpening our elevator pitch, it helped us break down psychological barriers to speaking English and boosted our overall communication confidence. 💡The mentors at Techstars are world-class — CTOs of global companies, investors, and product leaders from diverse industries. They go far beyond giving advice; they help refine business direction, product strategy, and even guide international expansion. Meeting such exceptional people in one place is something that could only happen at Techstars. Through this process, our team at Tokoshie successfully matched with three amazing Lead Mentors, whom we’ll introduce in our next post. 🚀 “Mentor Magic” truly lives up to its name — this is where real transformation begins.
