La Manufacture Des Talents Michelin / The Talent Campus Michelin Facilitation and teaching to a group always holds a special place in my heart and little did I know I would get to do that in the corporate world! A year ago, in October 2024, I nervously facilitated (multiple dry runs , time checks , addition and deletion of slides and of course a few cups of chai went into this process ) my very first M2M (a learning community where Michelin employees facilitate sessions on technical and behavioural topics to fellow colleagues) session for colleagues at the Michelin Pune office on *Presentation Skills*. By the end of the session, one thought kept creeping in , ‘I’d really like to do more of this.”And well… someone must have heard that loud and clear! Thanks to encouraging feedback from participants and the support of my managers and mentors, I continued refining the content over the past year and went on to deliver 15+ sessions across multiple topics. As the cherry on top, this week I had the opportunity to facilitate a session for 60 employees from the MENA region , credits to DEEPTI MADAN for having me there— and I enjoyed every minute of it , thanks to the energetic bunch who kept the session interactive despite us being in different time zones! This is exactly what makes my employer stand out. Beyond the usual responsibilities, there are countless opportunities to explore new interests, grow new skills, and be supported by leaders who genuinely cheer you on. A few people who have made this possible and to whom I’m grateful for Sonali Pawar Vignesh P B Tazeen Nadeem for the incredible support and mentorship, Anukriti Gupta for ensuring that the sessions happen seamlessly , Supriya Avalaskar (Apte) and Krishnakumar Thiyagarajan for walking through the session content with me multiple times & constantly cheering me on! 😃 Cannot wait to see what 2026 has in store for this teaching and learning community!
