Titled “Rooted in Communities, Growing with Time”, Axis Bank Foundation's latest Annual Report (FY 2024–25) reflects the evolution of Mission 2 Million — a journey that has strengthened the lives and livelihoods of over 2 million rural families across India. Each layer of this journey, much like the rings of a tree, carries the stories of learning, renewal, and resilience. It celebrates the power of partnerships, the depth of community leadership, and the quiet strength that sustains change over time. As we look ahead to Mission 4 Million, we remain guided by one belief — that when communities thrive, progress endures. 🔗 Read the Annual Report: https://lnkd.in/dUKJ4hW7 We hope you enjoy the read.
Incredible work strengthening the lives and livelihoods of over 2 million rural families. That's the true definition of 'Rooted in Communities, Growing with Time.' A genuinely impactful annual report...love to be here...
They have done this to my account which was once, some 20 years ago opened as a salary account, and then converted into a Savings account of Rs. 2500/- minimum balance, in the year 2014 this minimum balance was increased to Rs. 5000/-...which by it self means that this account has been converted to normal savings account. ( mentioned in Google, verbally agreed upon by Ms. Sakshi Suman, MD desk #AxisBank, Ms. Gracy Dacunha, Margao branch manager #Axisbank.) However after 20 years I have been charged a no salary deposit charge.. And after questioning the branch manager... A part of it has been credited back into my account, which means they accept their mistake,.. But they are not refunding the balance claiming GST, even though the mistake is theirs. I don't understand why the Regulating Authority #RBI does not come down heavily on Such banks like #Axisbank which are causing loss by their Substandard customer service and error in their procedures. Why is it that #RBI is letting the indian citizen bear the loss for mistakes committed by the banks(#Axisbank in this case)
I’m calling out these so-called “trusted brands” because customers deserve to know the truth. Both Axis Bank and Flipkart have turned the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card into a well-planned fraud machine. Extra charges, extra penalties, extra GST, hidden fees — every time you turn around, there’s a new deduction. Customers are ending up paying more than triple or more of what they actually owe. This isn’t banking. This is a scam. I personally ended up paying 4-5 times more than what I borrowed because Axis Bank keeps dumping fake charges every week. This is nothing but looting customers in broad daylight. On top of that, I even raised a complaint, submitted every document, explained everything clearly — and guess what? Not a single response. Not even an acknowledgment. [Complain reference no. - SN251114813615]
How a ₹1.19 Lakh Fraud Slipped Through Axis Bank Without a Single Alert Over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself dealing with a deeply concerning issue with my Axis Bank credit card — one that raises serious questions about customer safety, fraud monitoring, and the reliability of banking systems. On 6th October, a fraudulent international transaction of ₹1,19,737 was posted on my card, along with ₹4,190 in forex charges and ₹754 in GST — totalling ₹1,24,682. What shocked me the most was this: - I did not receive any SMS alert. - I did not receive any email alert. - There was no red flag raised by the bank. - And this was on a card that has had no large or international transactions for 3–4 years. Every smaller transaction before and after this came with a notification. Only this one — the largest and most unusual — came with nothing. For any customer, this is alarming. Heartiest congratulations to Axis Bank for an inspiring and impactful journey of 2 million rural families, wishing all the very best for 4 millions!
Dear Axis Bank Team, I have been a loyal Axis Bank Credit Card customer for over 12 years, trusting the bank for its service quality and customer-first approach. Recently, my reward redemption for card ending 0530 was suspended without any prior alert, even though these points were earned slowly and consistently over many years, and I consider them my earned personal asset. I submitted all requested documents, and every invoice clearly shows payments were made personally by me, and related to my professional responsibilities, not any non-personal use. Still, the case was closed as “non-personal usage.” What concerned me was being told I should have read the full Terms & Conditions. With due respect, how many customers practically read every clause? And if there was ever any concern, why did I never receive a single call or warning in the last 12 years? Blocking long-earned reward points without prior communication does not align with the customer-first values Axis Bank promotes. I sincerely request a fair, transparent, and empathetic re-evaluation of my case.
