New era at BGH Edelstahl Freital GmbH! We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of four new modern heating furnaces upstream of our RX40 forging machine! 🔥 These state-of-the-art furnaces are equipped with an automated crane manipulator that ensures smooth and efficient operation. The heating temperatures can be precisely adjusted to the respective steel grades, resulting in an optimised process flow and improved product quality. Thanks to these innovations, we can now - in conjunction with the RX40 forging machine, which went into operation at the end of 2023 - realise shorter internal transport routes and further improve our production processes.
