This goes beyond any achievement. In 2021, I started to dive into the topic of #Founders’ #Health and #Performance, writing my Master’s thesis on Entrepreneurial fear of failure: impact on well-being and coping strategies. It quickly became clear how huge this topic is - and how little space it still gets in media and public conversations. It’s always easy to talk about success, exits, and money (all well deserved). But the big unresolved questions remain: - How is family life being affected? - What challenges are founders really facing behind the scenes - the fears, doubts, emotional pressure? I’m incredibly proud to have started Beyond Venture in #Frankfurt to raise awareness on founders’ mental health, to be connected with the Founder Mental Health Pledge, and to stand alongside many friends who are dedicating their energy to making a real difference in the entrepreneurial space. I am deeply grateful to have received from Dr Jack Kreindler the "Best Leader in Founders’ Health Award" by WellFounded, recognising the efforts made through Bolzano Slush’D to bring this conversation into the spotlight - including curated hikes and shared safe spaces for founders and investors to talk openly about well-being, performance, and longevity. To my family, friends, loved ones, and to everyone who supports us quietly in the background and believes in what we do everyday - thank you.
