Enterprise AI adoption is declining while $1 Trillion in infrastructure spending explodes. Does that contradiction sound familiar? It should. It's the dot-com bubble's playbook, but for AI. This isn't just a crisis; it's the prelude to the real AI revolution. Read our full analysis on why the potential collapse of the current AI leaders could be humanity's biggest win. 💡⬇️ #AIDemocratization #FutureOfAI #TechnologyNews #TechnologyTrends #FutureOfTechnology

Just watched Sequoia Capital's presentation on AI's $10 trillion revolution. Three insights that blew my mind: * The Compression: AI is like the Industrial Revolution 2.0, but squeezed from 144 years into just a few. We're seeing cognitive automation at an incredible pace. * The Opportunity: The US services market is $10 trillion, but only 0.2% is AI-automated today. Industries like law, accounting, and healthcare will see AI-driven public companies rise. * The Shift: Work is moving from 100% certainty with little leverage to 1000x leverage with some uncertainty. One sales rep can now handle hundreds of AI agents at once. Key themes for 2025: * Persistent memory for long-term AI context * AI voice is ready NOW (not video yet) * AI security will have hundreds of agents per person * FLOPs per knowledge worker increasing 10-10,000x The need for specialization is here. Today's startups are the Rockefellers and Carnegies of the cognitive revolution. Are you building in it? https://lnkd.in/gz4-SgSJ #ArtificialIntelligence #AGI #CognitiveRevolution #IndustrialRevolution

The Empire of AI — Final Chapter Not every revolution begins with giants. Sometimes it starts with craftspeople. Resisting the Empire: How Small AI Can Win closes the Empire of AI series with a simple idea: the future doesn’t belong to whoever builds the biggest models—it belongs to those who build responsibly. Small AI isn’t rebellion; it’s a reset. It favors clarity over scale, transparency over dominance, and accountability over speed. ✅ Efficient – smaller models use less energy and water. ✅ Transparent – their simplicity allows open audits and real trust. ✅ Secure – local deployment reduces vendor and cloud dependency. ✅ Ethical – they empower communities instead of extracting from them. For enterprises, this isn’t just ethics—it’s a resilience strategy. Distributed intelligence will do for trust what distributed data centers did for uptime. “Empires fall not when defeated, but when they lose credibility.” That’s where the series ends—and where the next conversation begins. The age of big AI built the empire. The age of small, accountable intelligence will define what replaces it. 🔗 Read the final feature: https://lnkd.in/ev89rD3V #AI #EmpireOfAI #EthicalAI #CorporateSecurity #Resilience #KarenHao #KateCrawford #BruceSchneier #SignalsInTheNoise #TechLeadership #Governance

forget performance, AI’s real story is its collapsing cost. besides the fact that llms are performing better and better, whats actually far more important is how dramatically and consistently their costs are dropping. on average, costs are falling about 40x per year, an absolutely insane figure. but its highly significant, because it means two things: * ai is finding its way into more and more applications, becoming ubiquitous. * sam altman might be right when he says that someday we will be able to run agi-level models locally on our laptops. cost isnt just a business metric. its the main driver of adoption and the enabler for a decentralised, powerful ai future.

🔔 Just Dropped: “The Human Edge In The AI Era” If AI can do everything... what makes you different? This week in The Growth Stack, we unpack why the real moat in business is shifting fast: ✔️ Everyone has the tools now. ✔️ But only a few can think clearly through them. This issue breaks down: 1. The rise of the Augmeanted Operator 2. Why the future belongs to founders who amplify human capabilities (not replace them) 3. The AI illusion that's trapping operators in a race to the bottom 4. Tech levels the playing field. Human wisdom tilts it again. Read Issue #14 now and start building your Human + Machine advantage. 👉 www.TheGrowthStack.info

If your AI strategy and plan is completely focused on "productivity", your AI strategy or plan is profoundly ableist. Focusing on throughput, rather than impact, is of baseline disadvantage to people who either chronically or episodically have reduced capacity (for many reasons, including access). The value of people's contributions are not solely determined by the amount of content, etc. that they can push out. The idea that AI inherently generates greater productivity also rests on very shaky empirical grounds (even though the Great Men of AI would tell you otherwise). There are at least 5 better conversations to be having about the future of this technology, and I wish you'd have them.

The companies that will win with AI are the ones that already have their data in order. Most large organisations know silos exist, but few have the governance to stop creating them. The result is duplication, inconsistency, and confusion at scale. AI will only amplify that chaos. The advantage will belong to those with the cleanest, most connected foundation to build on.

Scaling with Purpose “Growth isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing better.” As IT Operations evolve, scaling means efficiency with intelligence. AI helps scale without chaos—optimizing workloads, reducing cost, and maintaining control. #SmartScaling #AITOptimization #DigitalGrowth #TechEfficiency #StrategicIT

When AI Governs Everything The next revolution won’t be about how far AI can think — it’ll be about how deep it can care. When intelligence scales faster than intention, the world needs design that remembers trust. 🌍 Elon said there will come a time — no screens, no apps, no operating systems. Only experiences that know what you need before you speak. But if AI begins to govern everything… then ‘Governance itself must Evolve’. Because the question is no longer how intelligent systems become — it’s how accountable they remain. Trust won’t be a slogan; it will be a system property. And the future won’t just belong to those who build smarter algorithms — it will belong to those who build safer intentions. When machines start predicting our words, humans must start protecting our worth. ⚖️ Conviction is the only capital. #AI #FutureOfWork #AccountableAI #Governance #EthicsInTech #DeepTech #SystemResilience
