I had the privilege last week to meet ConTech - Construction Innovation Center's new startup cohort and talk with them about the industry's unique product-market fit challenges. I owe much of my success to people who helped me along the way, and I see it as my responsibility to give back. No matter where you are in your career, there’s always someone you can help — a student, a colleague, or another founder. It’s never too early to share what you’ve learned. At Global Construction Tech., we’ve worked and partnered with 70+ construction companies around the world, and I try to bring the lessons we learned to every founder we meet. The Founders tenacity and sincerity always inspires me. Nobody builds a ConTech startup just for the money (there are easier industries — cyber, fintech, enterprise, take your pick). They do it because they care about impact and the industry.
