The #ServiceNow AI Summit in Riyadh was truly inspiring, bringing together an incredible audience of leaders and innovators to explore how AI is reshaping industries and supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 journey. It was a privilege to be on the main stage with my colleague Marco Biaggi , our Data and AI Leader for MENA, to share EY’s perspectives on the opportunities, challenges and future of AI. The discussions on GenAI, Agentic AI and the pathways to enterprise scale were dynamic and thought provoking. EY’s presence at the summit reflects not only our leadership in AI but also our strong role in the ServiceNow space, where we support clients across the region in driving transformation. We also had excellent meetings with clients and with the ServiceNow global and local teams, reinforcing our shared commitment to delivering impact.
