🚀 #Espressif has launched its first #DevKit #VendingMachine in #Singapore — starting at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)!! In line with our mission to #democratise access to #technology, this initiative makes it easier for students and the public to access Espressif Systems devkits, M5Stack products, and other essential electronic components. 📍 Location: SUTD Building 5, Fab Lab Level 1 (3 minutes from Upper Changi MRT, Exit E) We look forward to empowering the #nextgeneration of #engineers, #innovators, and #makers. #Espressif #ESP32 #STEM #Education #MakerMovement #IoT #AI #ConnectedProducts #ConnectingPeople

Cool!
Add compatible USB cables if you haven't already! 💡
Wow! This is such a great idea! Often, I have had a crazy project idea and wanted to implement it immediately, but didn't have the resources handy.
Smart idea ⚡
This is great! I would have loved to have one this in my university when I was a student 😀
Check out also thesis about using Rust for developing firmware for connected vending machines based on ESP32 written by Samuel Benko at FI MUNI #brno: https://is.muni.cz/th/qmq62/IoT_Connected_Vending_Machines_Bachelor_s_thesis.pdf
We had a similar idea with the team, to install a vending machine with all basic MCUs and components in the University of Cyprus
ESP32 now is a wireless protocol that uses Wi-Fi for two ESP32 modules to communicate wirelessly.
