From Concept to Reality: The Rebranding Journey Continues In our recent series, we discussed what rebranding really means and why companies do it, how it goes beyond a visual change, and how it reflects the evolution of purpose, strategy, and values. Today, let's create a practical example based on our journey at ImproFact. We began with the logo and slogan, the most visible part, because they represent the identity. Every color, shape, and word was chosen carefully to express who we are and what we stand for. 1- The internal Arrow with the loop symbolizes continuous improvement, representing an ongoing process of learning, refining, and growth, illustrating how change happens from the inside out. 2- The deep blue reflects trust and professionalism. 3- The silver symbolizes clarity, precision, and excellence. 4- The slogan “Where Improvement meets Excellence” bridges our belief that true excellence is achieved only through ongoing improvement. But the rebranding doesn’t stop at design. It continues into the hidden layers, culture, governance, systems, and processes, where the true transformation happens. That’s where a brand becomes a living, evolving organization. At ImproFact, we help companies walk this same journey, aligning identity with performance, and culture with strategy, until rebranding becomes a transformation, not just a change of logo.
